When you place an order with Accuracy, you agree to be bound by its
terms and conditions.
Accuracy reserves the rights to vary these terms and conditions
without notice. These variations will be effective from the time
that they are published.
CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT
The Customer acknowledges agreement with these term and conditions
by placement of an order to purchase a service from Accuracy.
All services are supplied on these terms and conditions only and no
person in the employment or otherwise as agent for Accuracy has any
authority to supply services on any other terms and conditions or
to vary these terms and conditions in any way whatsoever.
DISCLAIMER
The content of the web pages are provided as general information,
it is not intended to be given as advice.
Neither Accuracy, nor its affiliates, directors, officers,
employees, agents, contractors, successors or assigns will be
liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of or in any ways
related to the use of this site and other site linked to this
site.
Links to other websites are inserted for convenience only and do
not constitute endorsement of material on those sites, or any

OTHER IMPORTANT CONDITIONS
Accuracy is happy to accept work from anywhere in the world,
provided that it is in English and it complies with Australian
industry regulations.
Work can be submitted to Accuracy by sending clear instructions via
email contact@accuracy.com.au or by writing to us at PO BOX 1337,
Macquarie Centre, North Ryde, NSW, 2113, Australia.
If you require a quote please specify your exact requirements in
order for Accuracy to provide you with a quote tailored to your
needs.
The customer is responsible for proofreading the completed work,
any errors prior to completion or within 24 hours will be
corrected. However, any major redrafting or changes of instructions
will incur additional costs.
Every effort is made to ensure correct entry from handwritten
notes, however, no responsibility can be taken for illegible
documents.
Accuracy is not responsible for the end-user of any document
produced or edited. The customer has full responsibility for the
appropriate use of any documents provided to Accuracy and created
by Accuracy on their behalf according to instructions. These
include but not limited to Copyright Law, Plagiarism Law, and
Licenses for software and any applicable law governing the
industry. Accuracy will assume no responsibility for such
inappropriate use.
Please note that customer's documents will be kept for one week
after completion, after which they will be deleted.
Liability limited by a scheme approved under professional standards
legislation.
PAYMENT TERMS
New Customers: We require 30% of the total invoice prior to
starting the work and the balance on completion.
Existing Customers: An invoice is issued upon completion of the
work and payment is required within 7 days from the invoice
date.
Payment can be made by cheque , payable to Accuracy or EFT.
Accuracy reserves the right to charge on overdue amounts.
If a cheque is dishonoured, the customer is responsible for the
related bank charges incurred as result.
